Don Quixote nomad, adaptation and direction by Elena Bolaños based on the novel The Ingenious Hidalgo Don Quixote de la Mancha by Miguel de Cervantes, produced by the Andalusian company bricAbrac Teatro, for the magnificent use of new technologies applied to a universal work, in perfect combination with the rigorous and careful work of the manipulators, without losing the essence of craftsmanship in the making of puppets and scenographic elements that, together with the sense of humor, manages to bring the universe of Cervantes closer to a wide range of audiences. The International Baroque Children's Contest materializes the commitment of the Almagro International Classical Theater Festival to the creation of a classical theater that, with an accessible language and an enormously creative vision, summons and excites the family audience, and within it, above all, to the children. After the competition, which can be enjoyed throughout the days 3, 4, 5, and 6 of July, the winning show will offer a function within the family programming of the Municipal Theatre.
